Due to continued success and growth I am recruiting for a Client Relationship Manager for an exciting opportunity across the South East of England. This role offers hybrid working upon passing probation along with time spent at clients offices in and around Kent as and when needed.

Base Salary £40,000 with OTE of £70,000 along with an excellent benefits package

You will be there to provide outstanding support to clients on a day to day basis, including;
  • On-board new clients including obtaining all relevant data
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients
  • Be the lead point of contact for all matters specific to your clients
  • Ensure all relevant information is updated on CRM systems

About you;
You will be enthusiastic, driven, committed to helping clients with a strong desire to develop yourself and to do the best you can for you and your clients. We are looking for someone who is happy and able to work on their own as well as in a team environment. Excellent time management skills and workload prioritisation will help you to succeed in this role. You will be required to attend client meetings over the phone, virtually and face to face so strong verbal communication skills are a must.

Qualifications and Experience
At least 3 years' experience in a customer service environment managing clients
Experience in HR or Health and Safety would be desirable but are not essential
