Job Title: Client Relationship Manager - Telecoms

Salary: £32,000 to £35,000 plus commission

Hours: Full Time

Location: South

Our client, a leader in the innovation of cloud telephony technology are looking for a Client Relationship Manager to join their successful business.

Description:

The principal role of the Client Relationship Manager is to be responsible for building rapport and maintaining relationships with clients and key personnel working with the Head of Sales and Account Managers within the telecoms industry.

Key Duties:

  • Responsible for attending meetings with clients to build relationships with existing accounts
  • Advising customers of other products within the business
  • Directing the sales team to opportunities for further sales within key clients, passing leads to and following up progress
  • Assist in resolving or escalation of areas of concern as raised by clients
  • Working closely with Account Managers and sales consultants
  • Building and maintaining relationships with clients and key personnel
  • Monitor cloud telephony and cloud services of competitors to ensure up to date with any market changes
  • Conducting business reviews to ensure clients are satisfied with their products and services
  • Achieving client relationship targets and KPIs set by the Head of Sales
  • Carrying out client satisfaction surveys and reviews
  • Monitoring company performance against service level agreements and flagging potential issues
  • Ensuring Account Managers are aware of changes within clients
  • Liaising with internal departments to ensure client needs are fulfilled effectively
  • Liaise with customers to agree contract renewals and provide relevant documentation to support
  • Liaise with customers to make additional moves and changes to existing agreements and provide relevant documentation to support
  • Comply with the company's Health & Safety, Data Protection, Information Security, PCI & DSP policies and procedures

Key Skills/Experience Required:

  • Knowledge of sales or customer service in primary care and/or other health sector
  • Experience in cloud technology or telephony systems is a strong advantage
  • Understanding customer needs and balancing work priorities
  • Appreciation of the commercial requirements and how colleagues work
  • Able to work with other departments with great communication skills
  • Proven ability working within a previous sales role
  • A-level or equivalent
  • Excellent customer service skills in a comparable role (i.e. sales or account management)
  • Diplomatic when dealing with customers who have concerns or queries
  • Excellent Google skills (or transferable Microsoft Office skills)

This is a great role for an enthusiastic and experienced Client Relationship Manager to join a busy, friendly team. In return you will receive a salary of £34,000 plus excellent benefits.
