***Facilities Management and/or M&E Sales Experience and active client contacts essential***

Responsibilities & Skills

*Meet and exceed customer expectations of existing clients

*Identify untapped FM opportunities and oversee major regional projects.

*Capitalize on referrals through social media platforms

*Build strong internal relationships

*Budget Control Management

*Resolve Customer Issues in a timely fashion

*Collaboration Skills

*Customer Service Team Coordination Regional Lead

*Highly organised and strong initiative skills

*Continuous Improvement and Business growth skills

MUST HAVES:
*Experience in managing CRM systems
*Highly tech savvy
*Strong and proven track record in Sales
*A background in either waste management or environmental compliance
