The purpose of the Client Payments Analyst is to process end to end payments release outbound payments, deal with payments queries and oversee all FX payments in the business.

Description

The key duties of the Client Payments Analyst:

*Booking of incoming funds

*Releasing of outbound payments

*Handling payment queries

*Managing FX trade reconciliations

*Bank account reconciliation

*Liaising with internal departments to resolve queries

*Liaising with clients (both internal and external) to resolve any queries raised in a timely manner

*Identifying system and process improvements and raising these for consideration

*Participating in projects ensuring business requirements are understood and agreed by change and technology

Profile

The requirements for the Client Payments Analyst are:

*Experience in financial services (FX brokerage or payments) preferred

*Strong time management skills

*Methodical and numerate, with a strong attention to detail.

*Excellent customer service skills with ability to both support and influence internal and external stakeholders

Job Offer

Office in the City of London

Competitive salary of £32,000-£40,000 plus bonus and full benefits package and study support
