An exciting opportunity for Member Services Representatives to join the customer service department in the insurance industry. This permanent position is based in Stockport, focusing on providing exceptional customer service to a range of clientele members.

Description

Key responsibilities consist of:

  • Handle member queries and concerns professionally and efficiently.
  • Maintain accurate member records and documentation.
  • Take ownership of member concerns and actively seek solutions to ensure their satisfaction.
  • Resolve member queries according to internal guidelines and procedures.
  • Responsive email writing & communication directly with numerous client cases.
  • Conduct outbound calls to members as required.
  • Provide exceptional customer service at all times.
  • Maximise sales opportunities by educating both current and prospective members on how plans can positively impact them and their families.
  • Handle all member inquiries promptly and adeptly.
  • Contribute positively to the customer service team and work well in a team environment.
  • Stay updated with the latest products and services in the insurance industry.
  • Adhere to company policies and regulations at all times.
  • Collaborate closely with fellow services colleagues to maintain consistent and seamless support.
  • Identify opportunities for improving member experience and satisfaction.

Profile

A successful 'Member Services Representative' should have:

  • A solid background in customer service, preferably within the insurance sector.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency with customer relationship management (CRM) software.
  • A commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle difficult situations.
