Your Company:
A leading digital learning business is seeking a Client Manager to join the team in the Bristol area. This business has established themselves as a leader within their market and provide a number of comprehensive solutions that meet the needs of their clients, many of whom are large international house-hold names. They are growing fast and have excellent expansion plans in the near future, thus are looking to take on individuals who can support this growth with their customers, by providing tailored and effective account and client management duties to nurture their existing accounts whilst seeking new ways to expand these.

Your Roles and Responsibilities:
  • Implementing growth plans, to expand the pool of prospective and existing stakeholders, preferably at C-Suite level and across different functions in order to identify and support account specific growth opportunities.
  • Building and utilising strong working relationships to enter into new functions, divisions and locations for existing accounts.
  • Harnessing and leading opportunities that are across various locations and also for different services or products.
  • Conducting client research alongside accurate market analysis to effectively identify growth opportunities with that specific client accounts, by using the gained information to inform decision making on tailored solutions for the client.
  • Working collaboratively alongside colleagues when needed to ensure that the business offerings to clients are successful and are consistently driving the growth plan forward.
  • Monitoring and reviewing progress against the growth plan and KPIs alongside various management and stakeholders.
  • Closely working with clients to provide your insight and thoughts to spearhead discussions aimed at promoting value for both parties.
  • Maintaining accurate and full pipeline and account data in order to support reporting for senior management regarding performance.
What you will need to Apply:
The ideal candidate for this role will have extensive experience in sales and account management, preferably from within a digital learning or agency environment, whereupon they have been able to grow client accounts and meet and exceed targets, whilst also being able to provide expert information on services and products. Applicants must be able to lead sales projects including a range of product, technologies and services and be able to work confidently in a high-growth sales environment. Ideally, the successful candidate will be highly commercial minded, alongside having excellent communication skills in both written and verbal forms, in order to build strong relationships, articulate industry information and support growth opportunities.
  
What you will get in Return:
For the successful candidate a starting salary in the region of £55,000 depending on previous experience, specifically in relation to account management within a digital learning or agency environment. This will accompany a great remuneration package to include a strong holiday allocation, various employee health or monetary options, a good pension and the possibility for excellent OTE’s and bonus within this position. Additionally, the company are happy to consider different working arrangements and flexible working for the successful candidate in this role.
