Our Client is an Insurance Broker specialising in Commercial Insurance solutions for the rural and farming community.

The role

• The Client Manager will manage a book of business of existing clients and develop a pipeline of new business.
• Obtain renewal terms for Clients and advise on potential alternatives
• Build good working relationships with Clients.
• Ensure you are working in line with FCA rules and regulations.
• To generate revenue for the business and ensure a quality service is provided to all Clients in accordance with their needs and requirements.

Skills Required

• Knowledge of farming, rural or agricultural insurance.
• The Client Manager will have experience of dealing with clients on a face to face basis.
• Building strong and sustainable working relationships
• Good delegation skills
• Good negotiation skills
• Confident and expert communicator
• Self-managing and able to organise own workload.
• Effective diary management.
