Looking for a role in a market leading and highly progressive firm with unlimited opportunities for progression? This could be just the role for you…

I’m working with a prestigious employer who are very well respected in the South West. The firm has an excellent social calendar and employes some of the highest calibre practice specialists in the area. Due to the continuous growth of their client portfolio they are looking to recruit an additional Manager to join their busy team.

Your recent background will be in statutory accounting and compliance within an accountancy practice setting. Candidates will be considered from either an accounts preparation and tax or an external audit background. A key component of the role will be your ability to communicate with clients from a variety of industries, who may not necessarily be financial specialists. You will also need to be an excellent motivator and leader with the interpersonal skills to inspire a team of high calibre trainees.

ACA or ACCA qualifications would be preferred, though I am also keen to see the CVs of non-qualified candidates with a strong background in accountancy practice. CPD and study support can be offered where appropriate, and my client offers a very competitive salary and benefits package.

Don’t miss out on this opportunity to join a leading firm. Apply today quoting job reference RE9839 or call Rob Emsley to discuss.

Trial Balance is a market leading supplier of recruitment services to accountancy practices across the South-West and works on vacancies at all levels in a practice environment. For a confidential discussion about your career options please contact Rob Emsley, our dedicated practice specialist.
