Client Manager - About The Role

Managing a diverse portfolio of clients, liaising with other members of the team to ensure both annual and statutory reporting is completed to the highest of standards in a timely manner. You will be the main point of contact for your clients, providing expert advice, insight and analysis where required. You will form long-lasting relations with your clients and help them achieve their goals.

Key responsibilities:

  • Engaging with clients to understand their needs and identify new opportunities
  • Acting as the primary day-to-day contact for a portfolio of clients
  • Analysing key performance indicators and providing informed reporting on risks, opportunities and variance analysis
  • Reviewing statutory financial statements and supporting audit processes
  • Collaborating with various departments on client matters and identifying opportunities for offering additional products or services to clients
  • Assisting with portfolio allocation, time management and budget monitoring
  • Empowering and education junior team members

The successful Client Manager will have:

  • A background in practice is essential
  • Two years post qualification experience is preferred but newly qualified and QBE candidates will be considered
  • Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to prioritise tasks to meet tight timeframes
  • Strong working knowledge of UKGAAP and IFRS
