£35k - £38k plus hybrid working

Our client, an award winning accountancy practice based in Norwich are looking to recruit a Client Manager for their Outsourcing Team. You will oversee a diverse portfolio of Limited Companies and Partnerships acting as the financial controller for clients.

The right candidate will ideally be ACCA/ACA/CIMA qualified with experience in a practice or industry. Additionally, you'll possess a strong proficiency in accounting matters pertinent to small to medium-sized owner-managed enterprises.

The firm prioritise utilising cutting-edge technology, therefore familiarity with cloud accounting platforms like Xero, Dext, and Fathom would be beneficial.

You'll be responsible for the following:                              

  • Acting as virtual finance partners for our clients, freeing their time for core business activities.
  • Each Outsourcing team member manages designated clients, fostering frequent communication and building robust relationships.
  • Bookkeeping forms the foundation of the firms services, ensuring accuracy in monthly reports, management accounts, and cash flow forecasts.
  • Timely delivery of management information empowers clients to make informed business decisions and respond promptly.
  • Prioritising individual growth within the Outsourcing team, supporting continuous professional development (CPD) and career advancement.
