What You'll Bring:

We’re looking for a Client Manager (Account Executive - 12 Month FTC - Maternity Cover) to join our growing Consumer Interactive team where you’ll learn and help to manage the delivery of client solutions translating customer requirements into executable project plans, physical deliverables, client relationships and monitoring service delivery.

  • Provide a high-quality account management, delivery and issue resolution interface between the Client and the internal business units within TU to maintain an effective partnership relationship

  • Pro-actively support the Consumer Interactive Go To Market team to maximise business opportunities for existing clients

  • Pro-actively support Consumer Interactive Identity Protection and Breach support team with on-boarding of new clients, set up of breach services and attendance to industry events.

  • Coordinate and integrate product and service requirements across multi-functional teams to successfully deliver client requirements.

  • Manage standard on-boarding of new clients.

  • Co-ordinate client Monthly Business Reviews, reporting on product performance against including SLA’s.

  • Liaise with internal teams to investigate and resolve escalated consumer queries.

  • Complete regulatory oversight on our partners to ensure operating in line with our requirements.

  • Support internal teams with user access management to internal admin products and complete regular user access audits.

  • Coordinate and issue client communications regarding product or service maintenance/updates.

  • Develop a strong personal network of contacts to continually be aware of the market, both clients and competitors, and provide voice of customer feedback into TU.
