Client Executive - Construction

£60,000 - £100,000 + bonus + benefits

London / Hybrid Working

The Company:

Your new company, is a market leading and global Lloyd's Broker, who now have an incredible opportunity for you to join their organisation as a Client Executive within their successful and progressive Construction Division.

The Role

  • Responsible for creating and developing long standing Client relationships
  • Providing extensive and detailed client support ensuring exceptional service
  • Proactively identifying areas of enhancement of service and executing them
  • Delivering a service plan coupled with annual timetable visits tailored to meet the clients needs
  • Attending both internal and external meetings covering reviews, budgets and divisional progression
  • Working with the Vice President’s to support and implement expanded service opportunities, risk managements and insurance objectives of clients across your team
  • Managing renewal income to a minimum of budgeted levels and in-line with team objectives
  • Providing support and advice for major losses

Requirements

  • 5 + years of experience within Construction Instruction
  • Experience of providing first class client service and advocacy with regards to the UK Construction risks
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills cultivating in positive and effective working relationships
  • CII qualification preferred but not essential
