Your new office
The Adelaide office is a cohesive team of dedicated consultants and exceptional administration and compliance officers. SBU\'s include C&P, Engineering, Resources & Mining, and all corporate and professional business units.
Your new role
As Client Engagement Manager you will be responsible for the continued growth of one of our established account\'s that is one of our major national (and Global) partnerships. This is a pivotal and high-profile position in our Adelaide business and across ANZ being one of our top five clients; and is an integral part of the key accounts team. Although already the largest supplier to white collar roles, growth opportunities for Hays in the non-technical space is outstanding. You will be leveraging existing relationships to uncover new supply opportunities, be an expert in providing insights and data on skills supply and trends in this demanding sector to maximise growth. You\'ll develop strategies and tactics to continuously generate leads and increase coverage across new departments and functions. All the while being a trusted advisor to all your stakeholders. You\'ll be supported by an experienced and trusted delivery partner, together providing a first-class service and results to both client and candidates.
What you\'ll need to succeed
You will be a highly driven and passionate Client Engagement Consultant / Manager or proven client focused 360 Consultant who is looking for an exciting new challenge with a high- profile client. You will have a demonstrated track record in fostering strong relationships, well developed commercial acumen and exemplary client service. Your drive, energy and enthusiasm will ensure your success. Your positive mindset, diligence, mature approach, together with a sense of humour will ensure you navigate even the most challenging of situations, common in this dynamic yet compliance focused industry sector.
