Client Advisor | Luxury | Harrods | Up to £36,000

Zachary Daniels have a great opportunity for a Client Advisor to join one of the most successful luxury brands in the world rich in heritage, to join their team in Harrods department store. This is a full time role.

The Client Advisor responsibilities:

  • Deliver an exceptional customer service experience
  • Be a brand ambassador and have excellent product knowledge in your category
  • Multi task during client appointments
  • Build a rapport with clients and develop long lasting relationships

Our Client Advisor will have / be:

  • Previous experience in a luxury service focused environment
  • Neat appearance
  • Strong communication skills
  • Able to stay calm under pressure and during busy periods
  • Warm and friendly personality

In return offering up to £36,000, team bonus and great benefits.
