A very exciting opportunity for a Client Administrator has come up to join a team based in Guildford. The purpose of this role is to provide the highest service to colleagues on a daily basis. Our client offers an outstanding working environment and amazing benefits.

The Client Administrator position involves:

Communicating and liaising with the team effectively and efficiently

Updating the team on the progress and status of tasks where appropriate

Working with service users to offer assistance wherever possible

Supporting the wider teams and creating files for clients when required

Assisting with all files and updating them when required

Supporting the finance team by ensuring that receipts, cheques and bills are correctly loaded to the system

Photocopying, printing, scanning, binding and filing tasks

Dealing with any ad hoc duties as requested by the business

Dealing with internal and external postal deliveries and arrange couriers services as necessary

Working with the team to ensure client services are met at all times

The ideal Client Services Administrator will:

Have a minimum of six months administration experience

Be educated to GCSEs graded A to C to include Maths and English

Maintain excellent verbal and written communications skills

Have great customer service experience and work ethic

Maintain good interpersonal skills with the ability to adapt style and approach

Maintain excellent attention to detail
