An Accountancy firm based in North Wales are seeking to recruit an experienced and motivated Client Accountant to join their team. This firm provides a range of financial services to a diverse range of sole trading and SME clients. Your new role

As Client Accountant, you will be responsible for the preparation and review of year-end accounts for clients and provide analysis and insights into clients' financial performance. You will manage the process of preparing and filing self-assessment tax returns for clients and will assist clients in understanding their tax obligations and optimising their tax positions. You will also be responsible for the preparation and submission of VAT returns.

What you'll need to succeed

The ideal candidate for this role will have previous experience in VAT management, year-end accounts preparation, self-assessment tax returns, confirmation statements, and financial reviews. You will need to be AAT or part ACA qualified. If you have strong accounts experience, excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data and provide strategic insights and also great attention to detail, you will be a great candidate for this firm.

What you'll get in return

In return, you will be offered a competitive salary between £26,000 and £35,000 dependent on experience. You will be working within a newly renovated modern and open plan office with an onsite café.
