Your new company
We love that our clients see themselves as small but mighty.... and growing! Working in a customer support team which includes technical specialists, an opportunity has come about for someone with B2B customer support experience, but this is more than just a typical role over the phone; this job is truly a client partner, offering specialist advice to customers to enhance their relationship with the business and providing them with data to make sure they are aligned with exactly the right products.

Your new role
Your job will be to review data and then present it to the customer on a monthly or quarterly basis to demonstrate to them where things could be improved and where any potential areas of concern can be identified and sorted. Most of these meetings will be over Zoom / Teams but there might also be the occasional meeting face to face that you will be required to attend too.
You'll work very closely with the head of client services & the relevant directors, so this is a fairly high profile role in the business. You'll also be an influencer internally with connections to other teams in the company as well as leading the relationships with external 3rd party providers.
Sometimes you'll present formally using PowerPoint, Excel and Word as well as presenting verbally, always promoting and cross-selling when the opportunity arises.

What you'll need to succeed
Our client is particularly keen on hiring someone with B2B account management experience which has included reviews of financial data, so please make sure this is outlined and detailed on your CV when you apply.
Obviously, you'll be a brilliant communicator both in writing and in person and you'll show us that you've written and delivered creative and imaginative presentations as well as influencing customers and colleagues.

What you'll get in return
Our client is based in Peterborough city centre as well as having offices in London and there is flexibility offered on hybrid, remote working.
This job has a good salary package on offer, 25 days holiday plus bank holidays, matched pension at 4%, employee discounts on products & services, EAP, 2 paid days per year to volunteer, modern offices & a great culture.
Our client is committed to a quick recruitment timetable, so you won't be messed about with extended periods of no news or long gaps between interviews.
