Company Overview:
Manchester Staff is currently looking for a talented Account Manager to join a boutique finance brokerage firm specializing in asset finance solutions tailored to meet the unique needs of clients.

Position Overview:
As a Client Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing and nurturing client relationships, ensuring client satisfaction, and serving as a trusted advisor on all aspects of asset finance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Relationship Management:
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, developing strong relationships built on trust, transparency, and exceptional service.
  • Understand clients' financial needs, objectives, and challenges, and proactively identify opportunities to add value through tailored asset finance solutions.
  • Regularly communicate with clients to provide updates on their accounts, address inquiries, and resolve any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Account Management:
  • Actively manage and oversee all aspects of client accounts, including onboarding, credit analysis, documentation, and ongoing portfolio management.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of client transactions and adherence to service level agreements.
  • Monitor client portfolios to identify opportunities for cross-selling additional products or services and proactively address any potential risks or challenges.
  • Financial Advisory Services:
  • Provide expert advice and guidance to clients on various asset finance products and services, including equipment leasing, commercial loans, and other financing solutions.
  • Conduct financial analysis and risk assessments to assess clients' credit worthiness and recommend appropriate financing structures that align with their business objectives.
  • Stay informed of industry trends, market developments, and regulatory changes to provide clients with timely insights and recommendations.
  • Client Retention and Growth:
  • Develop and implement strategies to retain existing clients and expand business relationships through upselling, cross-selling, and referral opportunities.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to enhance the client experience and drive client satisfaction through continuous improvement initiatives and feedback-driven enhancements.
  • Collaborate with the business development team to identify new business opportunities and support client acquisition efforts as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in client relationship management, preferably in the financial services industry, with a focus on asset finance.
  • Strong understanding of asset finance products and services, including leasing, lending, and structuring.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients and stakeholders.
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills and the ability to assess complex financial data and information.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and effectively manage multiple priorities.
