An IT Solutions company experiencing significant growth are looking for an ambitious, dynamic tech-experienced Client Account Manager to join their team.

Working in both the private and public sector on large scale infrastructure projects our client is looking for a Sales Professional who is able to comfortably sell technical IT solutions and working closely with the in-house IT & tech Team.

The role:

*Building and bringing to life bespoke Account plans for customer.

*Keeping up to date with industry changes and new opportunities.

*Identifying future opportunities with existing customers.

*Attending the Sales, Marketing and Quotations Meeting to report on the status of
outstanding quotations, and potential work in their sector.

*Collaborating with internal teams such as marketing and IT shared projects

*Take ownership for portfolio of accounts and contribute to a sales projection for
contracts in conjunction with Head of Contracts.

*Develop excellent relationships with all customer contacts, through regular
communication, and in person meetings with customers.

*Manage stakeholders internally and externally.

*Ensure all sales and contribution targets are achieved and where possible exceeded.

*Ensure delivery performance KPIs are achieved for assigned contracts.

*Identify new tender and sales opportunities within existing customer portfolio.

*Maintain customer KPIs, service levels and management of information
