Excellent opportunity to join this well-established business who are market leaders in their field. Currently looking for a Client Account Executive to join their existing team. Reporting to the Director of Sales & Marketing, you will be Customer focused, proactive and a superb team player.

As a Client Account Executive your duties will include:

• Identifying opportunities to cross sell additional products or services to existing clients
• Take all sales/technical enquiries and develop into leads, growing sales and marketing funnel.
• Increase sales opportunities for the External Sales teams
• Increase revenue on existing internal quotes
• Collaborating with internal teams to address and resolve escalated concerns promptly.
• Proactively contacting existing and new contacts
• Taking leads from Customer Service and Marketing and measure outcomes
• Follow up on all orders that have not converted to invoice and analyse lost revenue opportunity.
