Clerk of works - Social Housing

Clerk of Works required throughout London & surrounding areas.

Specific experience as a clerk of works is optional, but experience & knowledge within the construction industry are essential.

We are involved with projects throughout London and the south of the UK, including Wales, and are expanding. We undertake quality assurance works, including the traditional role of Clerk of Works on projects: Social Housing projects Reactive and Planned

Computer competence and the ability to travel across London to access the various projects is essential.

We can provide training, but a solid background in the industry is essential.
