Clean Room Operative

Position: Full-time

Working Hours: Monday to Thursday, 08:15 to 17:00, with a half-day on Friday

Hourly Rate: £11.00

Operating in a state-of-the-art facility, including cleanrooms and sterile environments with a filtered air supply, this role requires the use of various PPE such as face masks, lab coats, and full-body coveralls.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute precise work instructions and protocols with attention to detail.

• Handle delicate components with care, ensuring their integrity.

• Conduct thorough inspections of components for any defects or imperfections.

• Utilize strong numerical skills to accurately cross-reference product codes with labels, packaging, and paperwork.

• Maintain accurate and neat records and data, showcasing good written skills.

• Demonstrate effective verbal communication skills.

• Collaborate effectively with team members and supervisors.

Skills Required:

While prior experience in a production or cleanroom environment is advantageous, comprehensive training will be provided. The following attributes are essential:

• Ability to follow detailed work instructions and protocols precisely.

• Proficiency in handling small and delicate components with care.

• Keen attention to detail and ability to conduct close inspections for faults/flaws.

• Strong numerical skills for accurate cross-referencing of product codes.

• Solid written skills for accurate record-keeping.

• Effective verbal communication skills.

• Team player with the ability to collaborate effectively.
