We are recruiting for a Classroom Supervisor for a Secondary School in Shrewsbury to work on a long-term basis starting asap!

This role is Mon to Friday 08:30 – 15:30.

Your role & responsibilities:   

• Promote inclusion and acceptance of all students  
• Covering classes in the absence of the teacher
• Support pupils consistently whilst responding to their individual needs  
• Work with the teacher in lesson planning, evaluating and adjusting lessons/work plans as appropriate  

Non-negotiables:

• Must have recent and relevant experience in an education setting  
• Must possess good numeracy and literacy skills  
• Must have the ability to work under the guidance of the classroom teacher
