Daily Pay Rate: £90 - £110

Hours of work: Full-Time

Contract Type: Permanent

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide invaluable support to the class teacher in delivering engaging and effective lessons that meet the diverse needs of all students.

- Work closely with individual students and small groups, offering targeted assistance and encouragement to enhance their learning and development.

- Assist in the planning and preparation of classroom activities, resources, and displays, contributing to a stimulating and enriching learning environment.

- Foster positive relationships with students, promoting a sense of belonging, self-confidence, and motivation to succeed.

- Collaborate effectively with colleagues, parents, and external professionals to ensure a coordinated approach to meeting the individual needs of students.

Requirements:

- Previous experience working as a Teaching Assistant or in a similar role within a classroom setting.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish positive relationships with students and colleagues.

- Enthusiasm for education and a genuine desire to make a difference in the lives of young learners.
