Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver engaging lessons across the primary curriculum, fostering a love for learning and promoting academic achievement.
- Create a supportive and inclusive classroom environment where every child feels valued, respected, and motivated to succeed.
- Differentiate instruction to meet the diverse needs and abilities of students, ensuring all learners are challenged and supported.
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement innovative teaching approaches and strategies to enhance student learning outcomes.
- Communicate effectively with parents and carers, providing regular updates on students' progress and fostering positive home-school partnerships.
Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification.
- Passion for teaching and a commitment to providing a nurturing and stimulating learning environment.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with students, colleagues, and parents.
- Resilience, adaptability, and creativity to meet the challenges and opportunities of primary education.
