Start times between 18.00 - 21.00

Paying:
Basic £19.51 per hour 
Overtime £21.51 per hour

Are you an experienced Class 1 Driver looking for a rewarding opportunity? We are currently seeking skilled individuals to join our team on an ongoing contract basis. As a Class 1 Driver, you will play a crucial role in our logistics operations, ensuring the safe and timely delivery of goods to our customers.

**Responsibilities:**

- Operate and drive various types of Class 1 vehicles in a safe and efficient manner.
- Transport goods to designated locations following prescribed routes and schedules.
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections of vehicles to ensure roadworthiness.
- Adhere to all traffic laws, regulations, and company policies.
- Maintain accurate records of vehicle operations and completed deliveries.
- Communicate effectively with dispatchers, customers, and team members.
- Ensure the proper handling and securing of cargo to prevent damage or loss.
- Follow safety protocols and procedures at all times.

**Requirements:**

- Valid Class 1 driver's license
- Minimum 1 years of experience as a Class 1 Driver.
- Excellent knowledge of road safety regulations and traffic laws.
- Ability to operate and maneuver heavy vehicles with precision.
- Strong communication skills and customer service orientation.
- Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
- Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects.
- Flexibility to work extended hours and weekends as needed.
