HGV Class 1 Driver Monday to Friday 

Got People is recruiting a HGV Class 1 Driver to work for our client based in various locations. This will involve driving HGV Class 1 Flatbeds with three drops daily, a perfect role for HGV Class 1 drivers who want consistent work with a prestigious company.

Requirements of an HGV Class 1 Driver 

  • Minimum 18 months HGV Class 1 driving (Cat C+E) recent experience.
  • Be able to complete 2-3 runs
  • Have a valid CPC and digi tacho
  • No more than 6 points (No DR or IN)
  • Must have the correct PPE - HI Vis and Safety Boots

Details:

  • Salary: £17.00 per hour (PAYE) £20.00 per hour (UMBRELLA)
  • Minimum 10 hours per day guaranteed.
  • Working hours: Monday to Friday 06.00/07.00 start time
  • Location: Various
  • Duration: Ongoing work

Role of an HGV1 Driver

  • Up to 3 deliveries per shift, which are all loaded and unloaded by FLT
  • Complete vehicle checks and check loads are secure
  • Being flexible and able to complete runs safely
