Claims Handler / Technician - First Notification of Loss
TSR Legal are proud to be working with the UK's largest specialist motor insurer who now have brand new opportunities for Technical Claims Handlers based in their Swansea offices on a hybrid basis.
The Claims Technicians offer 1st class initial support & guidance to customers during the claims process.
You will offer support via the phone to customers ensuring accurate data capture ensuring enquiries are processed in a timely manner and handled with the highest of care.
This position would suit individuals who have an interest in law, insurance and indeed those who have strong customer service skills / experience.
Full training will be provided.
This department operates between Monday - Friday 8am - 8pm and you must be available to work during these hours on a shift pattern.
