The role is offered by an award-winning insurer and the salary ranges from £22,000 to £26,000. This position is ideal for individuals who have started their insurance career and are interested in progressing into personal injury claims.

The successful candidate will receive first-class training to handle injury claims from start to finish, ensuring compliance with regulations and maintaining files with high service standards.

You will be responsible for triaging claims up to £10k, ensuring expected damages are correct and spotting potential fraud. The position is based in Manchester, but after 3 months of service and subject to your performance, you will have the opportunity to work from home for four days a week and just come into the office for one day.

The ideal candidate should have an understanding of insurance motor, personal injury or liability claims, be customer-focused, self-motivated, and organised. Good communication skills, both verbal and written, as well as excellent time management skills are required. Experience in the Official Injury Claim (OIC) or Ministry of Justice (MOJ) portals would be advantageous but not essential.
