Your Role:
As a Claims Journey Auditor, you'll be pivotal in developing and executing the company’s Claims Journey Audit program and processes. Your responsibilities will include:
  • Reviewing randomly selected claims thoroughly, providing feedback directly to agents, the Head of Claims, Business Improvement Team, and SMT
  • Assessing and scoring claims handling and customer journey by reviewing claims, call recordings, and portal messages
  • Collaborating with various teams to propose and implement design improvements
  • Developing reporting formats for external parties and creating a monthly MI report based on audit findings
  • Enhancing the company’s Audit capability across all claim perils
  • Managing monthly Claims Journey Audits, offering immediate feedback to the SMT and presenting full results at month-end
  • Contributing to overall business development, including client interactions and meetings
 
Requirements:
  • 5-10 years in insurance claims handling or claims supervisory roles
  • Profound knowledge of Household Policy Structure, covers, and £limits/excesses
  • Essential familiarity with personal injury within a motor insurance background
