The Company
Our client is a well established Independent insurance broker dedicated to delivering clients a personalized service supported by insurance offerings from top insurers throughout the UK.
They are now actively looking to expand their team by hiring an experience Claims Handler. This presents a great opportunity for an experienced insurance professional to become part of a company that provides a positive working environment and incorporates a supportive company philosophy
The Role
- Claims Handler - Covering Classes - Personal Lines, Commercial Property, Liability and Motor Fleet
- Provide high quality advice and service to clients
- Processing new insurance claims notifications
- Collecting accurate information and documents to proceed with a claim
- Guiding policyholders on how to proceed with the claim
- Contacting third party services as and when required.
Requirements
- 2+ years Claims Experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Polite telephone manner
- Confident with all relevant MS office packages, OGi and Acturis systems Preferred
- Excellent organisational skills
- High attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
