Claims Handler

Your new company
A fantastic new opportunity has arisen for a full-time permeant claims handler to join an insurance company based in Staines. This is an exciting opportunity for an award-winning company.

Your new role
You will be dealing with inbound and outbound calls and resolving all complaints and enquiries and offering a smooth customer journey from start to finish. You will follow up on any ongoing claims. You will answer questions regarding insurance policies.

What you'll need to succeed
You will have excellent written and verbal communication, and have an excellent telephone manner. You will have experience in claims handling or customer service and will have an eager and helpful approach towards customers. You will be confident taking phone calls and be able to solve all customer enquiries.

What you'll get in return
You will work Monday-Friday 37.5 hours a week, 9am-5:30pm with 1 in every Saturday. This is a hybrid working role with 3 days working from home and 2 days in the office, you will receive 21 days' holiday plus bank holidays. You will receive a salary of up to £25,000 and the company encourages ongoing professional development and will support those looking to progress their career within the industry sector.
