Salary: £40,000 DOE

You will be responsible for:

• Carrying out on-site visits to client premises after significant or intricate losses, assisting in examining pertinent case law and facts to facilitate satisfactory settlements
• Analysing and monitoring trends in claims for discussion and evaluation with Risk Management
• Nurturing and strengthening close professional relationships at a senior level with our partners, including insurers and loss adjusters
• Fostering an environment conducive to early identification and resolution of issues to mitigate errors or potential liabilities
• Maintaining transparent lines of communication within the team and disseminating relevant information to the Claims Director and Corporate Client Account Executives
• Collaborating with new business teams to underscore our 'Excellence in Claims' proposition and support in acquiring new clients
• Keeping abreast of developments in new products and emerging markets
• Offering training and guidance within the team and broader Claims Division
• Generating comprehensive claims reports to ensure optimal policy presentation before renewals and participating in client meetings as required

What’s needed for me to be considered?

• Proficiency in all primary categories of General Insurance and familiarity with the CII’s Code of Ethics and GDPR
• Minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar role
• Experience in cross-class products is beneficial
