We’re currently looking for a Credit Hire Recoveries Handler to join the recoveries team on a full-time, permanent basis.

The Role

As a Credit Hire Recovery Handler, you will manage all aspects of invoice recovery.

Our recoveries team recovers all our clients’ uninsured losses sustained as a result of a road traffic accident from the at fault insurer, including hire and repair costs, excess, pre-accident vehicle value, loss of earnings and recovery and storage.

Communicating regularly with our clients through email, phone and letters, you will provide accurate updates on the process of their claim, signposting them at every step of the way.

About You

To be considered as a Claims Advisor, you will need:

- Experience within motor claims handling, resolving liability and recovery is a requirement
- Excellent telephone and PC skills
- Excellent organisational skills and the ability to work on your own initiative
- Good communication skills across all levels

Any background knowledge of the Highway Code would be beneficial to your application, but full training will be given.
