Claims Adjuster - London Market

A fantastic development opportunity for a Non-Marine Claims Adjuster looking to expand and progress their career. You will join a global insurer with Syndicate & Company platforms who have offices in over 20 countries globally.

The successful candidate will join a small, team and be responsible for a mixed portfolio of UK, European and international claims across Construction, Property, and Political Risk/Credit books of business.

Initially, working on lower to medium value claims, there will also be an opportunity to work with and be mentored by our senior members of the team through learning and development opportunities and where possible providing support on large / complex losses.

What you need to show
2-5 years of claims handling experience within in the London Market.
Technical understanding of one or more classes of insurance
Demonstrating technical understanding of claims processes and policy interpretation.
Able to handle a diverse range of claims and responsibilities.
Experience managing Lawyers, Loss Adjusters and other vendors.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
The ability to work in a team environment whilst being self-motivated and performance driven.
Excellent organisational skills and the ability to work on multiple tasks concurrently.
