Who will you join?

  • A large national law firm - with a deep presence in Exeter and beyond (this does not equate to working all day and night!)

What will you do? 

  • Handle a varied caseload of legal expense backed dispute claims, including (but not limited to) property, construction and consumer contracts 
  • Assist an experienced and more senior fee earner with higher value disputes in order to build and grow your experience  
  • Review and advise on legal expense cover 
  • Be involved in training, supervising and developing more junior staff as appropriate 
  • Work with a nice client/s to manageable SLAs 

What will you need? 

  • To be a qualified solicitor or legal executive 
  • Newly qualified solicitors will be considered – as long as you have completed a litigation seat/have broad litigation experience 
  • Consumer Disputes experience would be an advantage, but not essential 
  • Experience handling Legal Expense Funded Cases would be very helpful, but not essential
