Litigation and Dispute Resolution Solicitor

Wrexham Office

Full-time

My client is a Lexcel-accredited, Legal 500 multi-disciplinary law firm offering a diverse range of legal services. They are currently seeking a Litigation and Dispute Resolution Solicitor to join their team based in the Wrexham office.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage a varied caseload of litigation and dispute resolution matters.
  • Provide high-quality legal advice and representation to clients across civil and commercial disputes.
  • Handle contentious probate matters, professional negligence claims, TOLATA disputes, Landlord and Tenant issues, property disputes, company law matters, consumer and commercial contracts, and employment-related disputes.
  • Conduct legal research, draft legal documents, and prepare case strategies.
  • Attend court hearings, mediations, and negotiations on behalf of clients.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to share expertise and support on complex cases.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date case records and client communications.
  • Actively engage in networking and business development activities to promote the firm's services and attract new clients.
  • Stay updated on changes in relevant laws and regulations affecting litigation and dispute resolution.

Requirements:
  • Qualified solicitor with 2-10 years PQE in litigation and dispute resolution.
  • Demonstrated expertise in handling a diverse range of civil and commercial disputes.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • IT literate, with proficiency in legal research tools and case management systems.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Enthusiasm for networking and business development.
  • Commitment to delivering exceptional client service.
  • Adherence to professional ethics and confidentiality requirements.
