CIVIL LITIGATION SOLICITOR 3+ PQE, CUMBRIA, UP TO £45,000 - Applications are welcomed from experienced Solicitors or Legal Executives who will have gained a minimum of 3 years’ experience dealing will a broad range of litigation matters. The successful candidate will show a willingness to continue to expand their technical knowledge and commercial awareness with a keen focus on delivering excellent service to clients. JOB REF: 5277

•An experienced Civil Litigation Solicitor or Legal Executive is sought after to join this long-established firm to manage a caseload of general civil litigation matters.

•Your caseload will include professional negligence, contentious probate, property disputes, partner disputes, landlord and tenant disputes in both commercial and residential settings.

•The role will be varied and will require the appointed Litigation Solicitor to be confident in their ability to conduct a file from initial instruction to settlement.

•You will be working directly with solicitors who are regarded as experts in their field, you will be handling your own caseload of matters with client contact from day one.
