We are a market leading centre for all levels of CIPD professional qualifications and we are expanding our CIPD delivery team, looking for HR and L&D professionals who share our passion for learning and quality.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide support to learners studying for the CIPD Level 5 Associate Diploma in People Management and Organisational Learning and Development.
  • Provide tailored 1:1 support for those studying with us
  • Deliver online sessions; support on-demand learners
  • Contribute to the development of course materials
  • Assess candidate work and provide regular, constructive feedback to aid their progression.

Skills and qualifications

  • Relevant experience in a practical HR or L&D role
  • CIPD Chartered Member or above is desirable
  • Relevant CIPD qualification or equivalent
  • Recent experience in the delivery and assessment of CIPD Human Resource Management and/or Learning and Development qualifications up to level 5
  • Proven track record of online delivery of CIPD qualifications
  • Ability to create and develop contemporary course materials
  • Interest in providing individual support to students and ability to provide high quality constructive feedback
  • Good communication and organisation skills
