Childrens Support Worker

We are looking for Support workers to provide exceptional care and offer a nurturing and therapeutic atmosphere where vulnerable children and young people can thrive. The goal is to create a supportive environment that feels like home for each child and young person in our care, empowering them to lead happy, healthy, and successful lives.

What we are looking for in you:
* Passionate about helping others and have the ability to support and encourage young people to achieve their full potential.
* Commitment to ensure that people with disabilities are valued and enabled to take control of their own lives.
* You are looking to build a fulfilling and rewarding career in social care, truly making a difference to the lives of those who you support.
* You have at least 6 months experience in the health and social sector and are able to provide
2 years of employment referencing
* Have MAPA or PMVA training
