Your responsibilities as a Children’s Support Worker will include:
- Supporting, safeguarding, and promoting the wellbeing of children and young people.
- Assisting with daily routines, including community and educational activities.
- Organizing and facilitating social activities, fostering a nurturing environment.
- Collaborating with the team to implement safe practices and provide high levels of supervision and support.
- Adhering to Ofsted and CQC regulations, ensuring the highest standards of care.
To excel in this role, we're looking for individuals who are:
- Highly motivated, committed, and genuinely interested in delivering the highest quality of care for children and young people.
- Equipped with a minimum of 6 months experience in a child and/or young adult setting.
- Knowledgeable in areas such as EBD, SEMH, CSE, or SEN/SEND..
