As a Social Worker on the Children with Disabilities Team you will be

  • Responsible for undertaking assessments for children with disabilities and complex needs.
  • Leading plans for children with disabilities and complex needs
  • You will be responsible for the implementation, monitoring, and reviewing of plans within multi-agency meetings relating to the assessed complex needs of children, young people, and their families.
  • Developing effective working partnerships is key with those within their families, carers, and significant others

As a Social Worker you are required to:

  • Hold a Social Work England registration
  • Be eligible to work in the UK
  • Hold a full UK license
  • Post-qualified experience
  • Degree level or equivalent in Social Work
