Childrens Senior Residential Support Worker

Permanent and full time with lots of potential for career progression.

Luton, Bedfordshire (LU3)

Brand new 2 bedded childrens residential home caring for children with emotional and behavioural difficulties aged between 8-18.

£27,500 (£13.64ph) - £28,500 (£14.14ph)

7.45am - 10.15pm working 168 hours per month


Summary;

We are looking for a Childrens Senior Residential Support Worker to work as a member of the team to provide care for children and young people aged between 8 - 18 with emotional and behavioural difficulties. We provide a safe and consistent residential home for children where they can develop and reach their full potential, focus on the importance of community and the opportunity to thrive.

To apply for the role;

We are looking for people with a passion to build relationships and positively change the lives of the children and young people. To empower the children through their life and to support them into making good choices to give them the best adult life possible and to manage Residential Support Workers and work alongside the Childrens Home Manager to support the home and their future plans.

It is essential you are a driver.

It is essential that you have at least 6 months experience working within a childrens home or similar.

It is ideal that you hold the relevant qualification within children and young people.
