Are you a compassionate and experienced Senior Support Worker looking for a new and rewarding opportunity?
We are seeking a dedicated individual to join our team at a children's residential home as a Senior Support Worker. In this role, you will have the important responsibility of ensuring that the care objectives for each child are effectively deployed by the team on shift.
You will also be responsible for completing all necessary paperwork for the children, ensuring that the home is operated to outstanding quality levels, and that the team adhere to risk assessments and are aware of risk mitigation strategies.
Additionally, you will be tasked with providing formal supervision and mentoring to Residential Support Workers, submitting financial spends at the end of each shift, and conducting shift handovers and debriefs for more junior team members.
Shifts will work in a 2 on 4 off rota and include sleeps.
