ZG Recruitment is currently recruiting for a Childrens Residential Senior Support Worker working full time and permanent.

We are currently on an exciting and innovative journey alongside Leicestershire County Council to deliver a range of children's services for Englands most vulnerable young people ensuring, they are able to stay close to home. We are looking for committed individuals who have a passion for working with care experienced children who require support and empowerment from a trained staff team.

You must be a driver with access to your own car

You will have experience with children and young people

You will hold a qualification covering children and young people

You will have awareness of factors impacting on and issues facing vulnerable children and young people (poverty, disabilities ect)

It is essential to be willing to work hard and ensure all children are safeguarded at all times.

This role is a very important and life changing role where you can assist children and young people in their walks of life.
