Our mission is to ensure that every person in our care receives the support they need to live a fulfilling and independent life. As they continue to grow and expand, they are seeking an experienced Registered Manager in the Yardley Wood area of Birmingham to join our team and help us maintain and improve our services. Job Type: Permanent, Full-Time

Salary: £40,000 - £45,000 per annum

• Oversee all aspects of the supported living facility for children.
• Develop and implement care plans in accordance with regulatory requirements.
• Supervise and support staff to ensure high-quality care is provided.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation.
• Manage financial budgets and resources effectively.
• Collaborate with external agencies and professionals to provide the best care possible.

• Registered Manager with relevant qualifications.
• Experience working with children in a care setting.
• Strong knowledge of relevant legislation and regulations.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.

• Minimum of a Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care and Children and Young People's Services.

• At least 3 years' experience in a managerial role within a children's care setting.

• Understanding of child development and welfare.
• Proven ability to manage and motivate a team.
• Strong organisational and problem-solving skills.

• Additional training in safeguarding and child protection.
• Experience with Ofsted inspections.

• Office-based with regular visits to the supported living facility.
• May require evening and weekend work.
• Potential exposure to challenging behaviour and emotional situations.
