Location: Banham (Must be a driver – Due to rural location as no public transport available)

Salary: 12.50 PH – 18 PH

Days, Nights and Block Bookings Available

We are seeking experienced Support Worker to work with children aged 7 - 17 with learning difficulties in a supported living and residential setting.

Day to day of the role:

  • Provide high-quality care and support to children with learning difficulties within a residential setting.
  • Assist with daily living activities, personal care, and ensuring the comfort and safety of residents.
  • Work collaboratively with healthcare professionals to deliver personalised care plans.
  • Monitor and report changes in residents’ conditions and well-being.
  • Maintain a compassionate, respectful, and professional approach to care at all times.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 6 months UK experience as a Support Worker.
  • The right to work in the UK.
  • Experience in Learning & Disabilities with children desirable but not essential
  • Commitment to complete compliance requirements with Reed.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A compassionate nature and a genuine desire to help others.
