 Are you an experienced Team leader or senior support worker who is passionate about making an impact on the lives of children and young people?



Reed is currently working in partnership with one of the largest and growing children and young people residential companies in the UK that are looking for a valued employee to join their team.

As a team leader, you will be at the forefront of leading the team on the ground level and providing outstanding care and support to children and young people in the residential home. Some of the duties of the role will include:

  • Working with the team to promote and support the young people in the home to lead a positive development, provide a safe and nurturing environment
  • Lead the team alongside other professionals to provide therapeutic care and support for each child
  • Provided detailed record of events, observations, progress reports, and support plan
  • Act as a positive role model to colleagues and children



Requirement for the role:

  • A minimum of one year of UK experience in a similar role as a team leader
  • To have developed communication, be a naturally caring, flexible, and resilient person
  • Hold a relevant level 3 in CYPW or higher
  • To be flexible in working long day shifts, weekends, and sleeps

  • A brand-new permanent role offering an hourly of £12.80 to £13.40 (Plus sleep rate £62.64 approx. 6-8 sleep per calendar month)
