Overview: Childcare Tutor

As a result of growth due to new contract wins, we are looking to recruit an experienced Childcare Tutor to join a well-established national training provider.

This is a permanent, salaried position with a national training provider. The role is full-time, 5 days per week, Mon-Fri.

The role will be delivering L1 and L2 Childcare qualifications, along with functional skills. This will be centre based in central Leeds, with classroom sizes ranging from between 1 - 15.

The success applicant will have previously delivered childcare qualifications, along with holding either a teaching qualification or assessor qualification, ideally both.

Essential Qualifications and Experience: Childcare Tutor

• Assessor Award (TAQA, CAVA, A1, D32/33 etc) OR
• Teaching Qualification (AET, PTLLS, CTLLS, DTLLS, PGCE, CertEd, 7407)
• Previous experience assessing or teaching Childcare qualifications
• Passion for people development

Any additional Childcare qualifications are desirable but not essential.

Salary/Benefits: Childcare Tutor

• Full-time, Monday - Friday
• £27k full-time, permanent position
