A highly regarded full-service law firm located in Greater Manchester is seeking a Childcare Solicitor to join their established Family Law team. This is an excellent opportunity for a Solicitor or Fee Earner with 2 years of experience in dealing with publicly funded childcare cases.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage your own caseload of childcare cases, including care cases and domestic abuse matters.
  • Provide expert legal advice and representation to clients in childcare proceedings.
  • Handle cases involving legal aid, requiring previous experience in this area.
  • Collaborate with other members of the Family Law team to ensure the best possible outcomes for clients.

Requirements:

  • Qualified Solicitor or Fee Earner with 2 years of experience in dealing with publicly funded childcare cases.
  • Strong knowledge and understanding of childcare law and legal aid procedures.
  • Ability to handle a caseload independently and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
